With “Eyes Of Oblivion”, the HELLACOPTERS have made a strong comeback album that doesn’t have to hide from their own immensely successful past. The album sounds as if the band had never been on ice. The joint performances since 2016 have certainly contributed to this, as has the noticeably unbroken joy of playing of all those involved. With wide-legged guitars, a killer riff and a catchy hook, the song is reminiscent of the classics of the 2000s that lifted the Swedes into the mainstream.
