This is an old UK Punk band. Formed at the end of 70s, Tenpole Tudor released their first 7″ in 1980. Their singer Edward Tudor-Pole sang on The Great Rock’nRoll Swindle that included soundtrack by Sex Pistols. Here’s their 1981 single. vg+/vg-
