This is minimalist New Wave/Post Punk for the lovers of The Fall, Alternative TV, Cult Hero,… Released in 1980 on a very small label Neuter records. The cover has a significant tear over the front side and there are 4 small holes done by a holepuncher on the side. The record plays with some surface noise and has a sticker stuck on one of the labels. G+/VG-
