Telex from Strakonice is without a doubt one of the most important Czech punk bands and literally fulfills everything you can imagine with the term “legend”. Telex’s vinyl record was talked about right after the revolution. At a time when most of the band’s contemporaries released records on the then-starting major labels, Telex refused to be bound by signing any contract. Before the record was made, for example under the band’s own direction, the existence of Telex was lost forever.
The album Řeznickej krám is based on the original demo tape released in 1989. The recording was only edited to fit the limited-time vinyl format. The record contains a total of 20 immortal songs, completely sensitively remastered by Barmy from Zeměžluč. All the popular hits such as Zlatá mládež, Továrna na tvý sny, Skejtová Růžena, Zlatý slavík or Ümyrající nosier vody are included. It also includes an extensive booklet with archival photos, lyrics and sleevenotes, which was taken care of by Petr Korál.
The cover was drawn by Gizbern in the spirit of the original cassette cover. Double LP.
