EX-CESS was a band that existed from late 80s to early 90s. They formed in Belgrade and soon became the forefront of street punk/oi scene. Unfortunately, the war changed their plans and after three of the band members left the country the band ceased to exist. During the last months of their existence, right as the war was happening in the neighboring Croatia, they recorded a 14 song tape that later was released in that same Croatia in 1994. This is the reissue of that tape. Canadian import.
