Description
This is a half an hour of rabid, super fast hardcore that in it’s third decade still sounds like a snotty teenager, but The Dead play it with the same efficiency and foolhardy tongue-in-cheekness as Zeke. Short and to the point, along the lines of D.R.I.’s “Dealing With It” album and with vocals reminiscent of Agnostic Front’s Roger Miret, there’s a rare professionalism to The Dead that keep them on the healthy side of crust, and a leftist political stance that aligns them with Brazil’s Ratos de Porão, making them insane, violent, senseless speed hardcore that you can listen to with a clear conscience. They also cover Beastie Boys’ “Heart Attack Man” from “Ill Communication”. Great! On pink vinyl!
