This is a record I´ve been waiting for years and it´s been almost 30 years in the making. Originally it supposed to come out on Troubleman Unlimited sometime in mid 90s. When that fell through, Ken Shipley picked it up and now it finally came out on Numero Group.

The Hated was a band from Annapolis, MD, USA. They started as a hardcore band under a big influence of Hüsker Dü. As years passed their style slightly changed and they got tagged as predecessors of the 90s Emo. This material here, spread across two LPs, is the band’s 1985 debut cassette, the No More We Cry EP, and 14 period bonus tracks from these hardcore hooligans. Essential.
