This is the split LP between two early 80s HC bands from Yugoslavia.
Distress come from Belgrade and play straightforward HC/Thrash.
Odpadki Civilizacije come from Ljubljana and play brutal HC. You probably remember them from HC Ljubljana compilation LP they shared with UBR, Tozibabe, III Kategorija and Epidemija.
