US Punk band, established in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1974. Pure Hell was the first all-Black punk/afropunk band. Released their only single ‘These Boots Were Made for Walking’/’No Rules’ in 1978. This is the recent reissue, true to the original in every aspect.
