On the ashes of the 80s Punk/HC band Zenevski Dekret from Mostar in Bosnia & Herzegovina, here´s Dekret with 3 modern punk songs. In addition to two originals (Anarhist and Covid Ulice) there´s the cover of Narodna Pjesma by Paraf (Rijeka, ex-Yugoslavia).
