This album starts with the punk’n’roll ‘77 of Non ci sono più i bar di una volta and then moves on to the hardcore, or perhaps it would be better to say oi-core, of Oi!Gozzilla! La birra sia con noi and the very politically incorrect Candidato, but there is also room for the sludgy, cramp-like stomp that evolves into a furious Meteors-esque ride Quando morirò, for the western of Sporchi, marci e ubriaconi and for the light-hearted brutality of the concluding Sono il più vecchio bastardo della città. The covers of the Corvi (Ragazzo di strada) and that of the unforgettable Franco ‘Er Califfo’ Califano (Io me ‘mbriaco) deserve a separate discourse, as does the song Sei solo.
